This place is a bit out of the way, and ain’t tryna be fancy. But what it is is great food at a reasonable price with great waitstaff and HUGE portions! Our breakfast burritos took up a whole platter. Not a plate. A platter. We both took half back to the condo. Don’t forget to ask for the spicy green salsa!
This is such a hidden gem! The food is AMAZING and it’s homemade to order! It’s family owned and operated and an INCREDIBLE Christian based business! If you are in the area, Definitely check them out!
I found El Papa's through a TripAdvisor search this morning. I was looking for something different for breakfast. Looking at the menu I couldn't decide what I wanted and asked about the Contodo, the waitress assured me it was good. It wasn't good...it was DELICIOUS as it was massive. I couldn't finish it all but I was glad I tried it. Staff was friendly, very prompt. Seemed like they have regular patrons that come there for breakfast and conversation which I loved listening to. I definitely recommend this place for breakfast and will come back the next time I vacation in SPI.
Little cozy place! Great food, Friendly Staff, Great Prices. All You Can Eat Fish & Shrimp Available. I would recommend this place to anyone in the nearby areas!

We were a group of 6 on a Saturday morning and the staff was very accommodating and attentive. The con Todo taco with beans, egg, potato, ham, chorizo, and cheese was the ultimate taco. You have to order it! They serve barbacoa on Saturday's and it too was loved, and very lean.
It was one of the best breakfast I ever had. Be back soon.
Stopped in for quick lunch, so glad we did. I had the best, 3 cheese enchiladas with rice and beans for $7.98. Chips and salsa were great. Locals frequent, and I can see why. Love this old school local Mexican treasure.
